Windblows O/S only. Sorry MAC people your midi experts anyway.
1. Obtain your MIDI cable. Plug the out to the in and the in to the out. Do NOT do out to out or in to in. Turn it on.
2. Open up SysEx97 and select you MIDI ports.
3. On your GSP2101 select the program number you to upload to your PC. I am using Program #81.
Now select the 
button. You should see something like this.
4. Press the next button 3 times and select which program/patch to dump by pressing function button 1 and turning the dial to the program/patch. Select number 2 to give it a patch number you want to save it as. This is the number it will OVERWRITE on the GSP2101 when you download back to the 2101. I use #99 as the dumping ground to avoid overwriting the good patches.
5. Press number 3 to start the upload. It will briefly look like this below.
6. Now it will appear in SysEx97 like this. The patch and Algorithm will be there.
7. Now click SAVE as and give it a name. It will look like this.
DONE
Upload a patch to the GSP2101.
1. From SysEx97 choose open and select a patch/program like the picture above.
2. Click the send button. NOTE: It will OVERWRITE the patch number it was saved as. The name should have the patch number it will be overwriting. If it doesn't be aware! DO a full backup first!!!
